Connecting your email for sending letters

Now you can send letters from Boomstream platform using your email. It is available as a part of Branding option. These letters are templates with password access:

• when you manually add customer;
• when customer buys access to your media.

Earlier all we sent all letters from no-reply@boomstream.com. But some of our users do not like the delivery score of letters, another does not like mention of boomstream in email address. You can use custom email in Branding settings, set your STMP gateway, and customers will receive letters from this email.

You should note, that in this case we stop to display letter delivery status in Customer List. Also, you should know limits that are in your email gateway, as you use it for sending with SMTP. There can be:

- Number of letters send from one email in a day

- Number of email recipients for one letter
