Integration Zoom with Boomstream
After this integration new Zoom recordings will automatically upload from Zoom cloud to your Boomstream account. You need no more to download videos to PC and then upload manually to Boomstream. As soon as we get information about new record, we have it and start processing for making screenshots and transcodes. After that you get all Boomstream functionality: customizable player, embedding, complex video protection and more.
How to make integration
- 1. You should have an account on Boomstream platform and Recording permission on Zoom account.
- 2. Find our App on https://marketplace.zoom.us and click on Add button. On new page you should accept terms and click Allow button.
3. Then you enter Boomstream API-key. To find it, please go to your Boomstream account and press Project settings.
On new page click Integration tab and copy APY-key.
And enter copied API-key in App.
- 4. Next step you should choose or create folder in your Boomstream account. We will upload new recordings to this folder from Zoom cloud.
- 5. Congratulations, you have finished integration.
Please pay attention: if you delete recording from Zoom cloud, it will not automatically be deleted from Boomstream folder. You should do it manually: log in to Boomstream platform, open Zoom integration folder, activate checkbox left from recording name and press “Delete” button.
Our integration allows you to connect multiple Zoom accounts to one Boomstream account. It’s important that every Zoom account is connected to different Boomstream folder.
How to uninstall App
First you should log in to Zoom and then go to https://marketplace.zoom.us. On the left-hand side menu, click on Added Apps, select Boomstream and click Remove. You will see pop-up page where you’re asked about uninstallation reason, you can choose variants. To complete deletion of App press Remove.
