Account administrators can now enforce the "Strong Password" option for all sub-user profiles.

Why is this important?

Sub-accounts are used by employees. If their passwords are weak, it creates a vulnerability for the entire project. This new feature ensures that all passwords within your ecosystem meet high security standards, minimizing the risk of a breach.

What are the password requirements?

When this setting is enabled, the platform mandates passwords that meet strict criteria:

Minimum length of 15 characters
At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
At least one digit (0-9)
At least one special character (e.g., ! @ # $ % & *)

These rules make passwords resilient to automated brute-force attacks.

How does it work?

1. The account owner or administrator goes to the Account Management → Users section.

2. Enables the "Use a complex password" option when editing a user.

3. During the next login or password change, the system will validate the new password against all criteria and will reject weak options.
