To create a registration form for a video or live stream, you need to:

1. Upload a video to the Boomstream system or create a Live Broadcast.

2. In the "Data Collection" section, enter the author's information in the "Seller Contacts" field and click the "Create Data Collection" button.

Attention! The information provided in the "Seller Contacts" is public and can be viewed by the audience.

3. Edit the data collection parameters:

Title. This will be displayed on the data collection page.
Type of data collection:
Single. The user gets access only to the specific video/broadcast for which they entered their data.
Group. The user gets access to all videos/broadcasts included in this data collection.
Period. The number of days of access to the video/broadcast.
Access End Date. You can set the date and time when access to the video/broadcast ends. The "end date" parameter takes priority over the "period" parameter.
Number of Activations. - password activations. The number of devices from which one can log in.

After creation, a card with the full settings will open:

Title. This will be displayed on the data collection page.
Type of data collection:
Single. The user gets access only to the specific video/broadcast for which they entered their data.
Group. The user gets access to all videos/broadcasts included in this data collection.
Period. The number of days of access to the video/broadcast.
Access Start Date. You can set the date and time when access to the video/broadcast will begin. If this is not necessary, leave the field blank.
Access End Date. You can set the date and time when access to the video/broadcast ends. The "end date" parameter takes priority over the "period" parameter.
Access to content after filling out the form. After entering the password, we remember the device's IP address and set Cookies in the browser. Subsequently, Cookies are always used for authorization, and the IP address is used if the option is active. When both parameters differ from those stored in our database, the player will show the password widget again.
Description. A description of your video/broadcast.
Additional Materials. Here you can place links to additional materials located on other resources. For example, a link to your cake recipe or a list of necessary materials stored in cloud storage.

Collection Mode.
Data Collection - the viewer specifies their full name and email in the form and then gains access to the media. If you use our chat, the viewer will be automatically logged in with the full name provided during registration. The entered data is saved in the "Consumer List" and can be exported to XLS.
Restriction - the viewer gains access to the content only if the data entered in the form matches the data stored in the "Consumer List." If they differ, the viewer will not be able to log in and watch the content. Data can be added to the "Consumer List" manually, via API, or through "Data Collection."
Allow Download. When activated, it allows the viewer to download the original video after finishing watching. Does not work if Download Protection is enabled.

There are also two parameters that are activated only when Download Protection is enabled:

Preview Time. The time in seconds during which the viewer can watch the video without the registration form appearing.
Dynamic Watermarks. When activated, we will display the email, name, or IP address of the viewer to whom access was granted. The inscription will appear every five seconds in different parts of the screen in a small font, without interfering with viewing. Does not work on iOS mobile devices.

4. Restrict access to your video/live broadcast by adding it in the Media tab.

5. Get the player's iframe code or the direct link to the video/live broadcast in the Player Publishing tab.

7. The list of viewers who provided their data in the registration form is available in the Consumers tab within the access card.

In the consumer list, you can change the access parameters for your viewers. In the Sessions section, you will see the device, IP address, and viewing time of the content.
